River Rock Financial Services is headquartered in Hot Springs, Arkansas and was originally founded in 1998 by company president, Herman (Bubba) Lovett.
RRFS has built a diverse group of funding sources that enable us to accommodate a wide range of credit risks. Our programs provide competitive rates for well established companies while also accommodating start up businesses and municipalities.
We offer 12 to 60 month leases ranging from $10,000 to $50 million, as well as flexible funding arrangements for the government, medical, and agricultural sectors. We will work with you to establish the payments and terms that fit your budget.
